According to Wu, Eden Network, established in 2020, announced that it will cease operations starting today and initiate the EDEN token delisting plan. Eden was initially launched under the name Archer DAO, aiming to create new revenue streams for Ethereum miners through MEV profits. After being renamed Eden Network in 2021, it collaborated with miners holding over 50% of the Computing Power and transitioned to become an MEV-Boost relay operator after the merger. However, as competition in the relay and block building market intensified and costs soared, Eden found it difficult to maintain its market position. The delisting plan will allocate 2,000 ETH from the treasury to non-US users at a rate of approximately 66,401 EDEN for 1 ETH. Earlier, Eden Network had raised $17.4 million in seed funding in 2021, led by Multicoin.
